超聲波振動篩是大漢機(jī)械針對高品質(zhì)、精細(xì)粉體用戶專門設(shè)計生產(chǎn)的新型輕型振動篩分設(shè)備，該設(shè)備是在DH系列三次元振動篩產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計增加超聲波系統(tǒng)，能夠出色的篩分普通振動篩不能分離的重質(zhì)、輕質(zhì)、超細(xì)、強(qiáng)吸附性粉末，幾乎可以完成所有難篩分粉末物料的篩分作業(yè)。在篩分過程中，ZT-C系列超聲波振動篩利用超聲加速度實(shí)現(xiàn)振動篩難以完成的精細(xì)粉體篩分作業(yè)，在有效遏制難篩物料因粘附性、高靜電、易團(tuán)聚等因素引起堵網(wǎng)問題的同時精度和處理量也大大提升，與旋振篩相比，DHC系列超聲波振動篩篩分精度可提高1-100%，處理量可提高1-10倍，是各種高品質(zhì)、精細(xì)粉體物料的理想篩分機(jī)型。
